About Me

I am a Neuromuscular and Sports Massage Therapist. Neuromuscular therapy (NMT) is a clinical massage technique that focuses on myofascial pain and dysfunction. NMT uses scientifically-applied pressure on "trigger points" to relieve myofascial pain, balance structure, restore movement, and promote integration of mind and body. My Sports Massage training is a blend of massage techniques designed to treat both athletes and non-athletes. I apply stretching, myofascial release, muscle energy techniques, injury treatment, and lymphatic drainage through various devices such as cupping. I am also a License Nurse in the state of Georgia.  I have received my Nursing diploma from Wiregrass Georgia Technical College in 2014 and I am currently working as a full-time Nurse in the Atlanta area.
